We work in direct coordination with authorized universities abroad to facilitate student admissions. All information provided on this website and in our materials is intended for general guidance only and is subject to change based on university or government policies.

While we strive to ensure accuracy and timely updates, Truevia Solutions is not responsible for any changes in admission procedures, visa regulations, university fees, or third-party service terms. Admission, visa approval, and accommodation are ultimately subject to the decisions of the respective authorities.

By using our services, applicants agree to the terms and conditions mentioned and understand that educational and legal requirements may vary over time.

1.  Eligibility Criteria
Students must have a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in their 12th grade.
All required documents must be submitted, including apostilled certificates and a valid passport.
2.  Payments & Refund Policy
A $1000 seat confirmation fee is required and is refundable only if admission is denied by the university or ministry.
The ₹3,00,000 service charge is non-refundable once admission and visa processing begins.
University tuition fees (approx. ₹3.5 lakhs/year) are paid directly to the university and not handled by Truevia Solutions.
3.  Visa & Travel Assistance
Visa processing support is provided, but visa approval is subject to Armenian immigration authority decisions.
Students are responsible for purchasing their travel tickets unless otherwise mentioned in a special package.
4.  Accommodation & Food
Monthly food and hostel charges (approx. ₹23,000–₹25,000/month) are separate from the admission package.
We assist with hostel registration and setup, but we do not own or manage these facilities.
5.  Documentation & University Policies
All academic and identification documents must be authentic and completed in the required format.
Students must follow university deadlines, regulations, and disciplinary codes throughout the course.
Fees must be paid before due dates. Late payments may result in penalties or denial of service.
6.  Support Duration & Responsibility
Truevia Solutions offers support for the full 6 years of the course, including local coordination and emergency help.
Academic performance, behavior, and success depend entirely on the student and university policies.
7.  Loan Assistance
We provide documents and guidance for bank education loans, but approval depends on the respective bank’s terms and student eligibility.
8.  Changes & Disclaimer
Fees, visa policies, or university rules are subject to change by respective authorities.
Truevia Solutions will inform students of updates but is not liable for external changes.
9.  Agreement
By enrolling through Truevia Solutions, the student and/or guardian agrees to these terms and conditions and acknowledges all policies stated above.

• NEET Result (if available)

  • Required for MCI registration in India post-degree

• Medical Fitness Certificate

  • From a registered medical practitioner (mentioning fit for education abroad)

• Bio-data / CV

  • In English, with student’s contact details and educational background

• Birth Certificate

  • Optional, but recommended for visa purposes

• Ministry-required Documents

  • As per Armenian education authority requirements (to be guided by Truevia)
